Fire Alarm Testing / Maintenance / Installation

Our team are able to design and install a system for your building that is compliant with the relevant provisions of the Building Act 2004. Monthly inspections and maintenance are undertaken to ensure that your system remains compliant at all times and in the event of a defect or an alarm activation or emergency our staff are on call 24 hours a day, every day.

Electrical Servicing / Maintenance / Installation

Our registered electricians are able to attend to all your electrical requirements whether it’s wiring a new building, alterations, or repairing a fault. Building Warrant of Fitness & Trial Evacuations

Our team at Southgate Fire and Safety are registered Independent Qualified Persons and are able to complete annual survey inspections for selected building features. We can provide a building warrant of fitness for your building as well as perform trial evacuations at your site to ensure that your staff are trained and know what to do in the event of an emergency evacuation.
